AderraLast updated: 24 September 2026
This policy explains what Aderra collects, why, who else sees it, and what you can do about it.
Who we are. Aderra is operated by Aderra LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Wyoming ID 2026-002089370), 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: support@aderra.ai · +1 (320) 317-8177.
When you create an account: your email address, a name if you give one, and a password (stored only as a salted hash — we never see it). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and profile picture from Google instead of a password.
When you use Aderra: your prompts and uploaded files; the text, images, video and audio Aderra generates in reply; which model answered; token counts; and timestamps. Conversations are stored so you can come back to them.
Automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, and pages or API endpoints you request, held in server logs. Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the registration form to tell humans from bots, and receives your IP address and browser signals as part of that check.
When you pay: we store a Stripe customer identifier, which plan you are on, period dates, and a record of each grant and charge in credits. We never see or store your card number — that goes directly to Stripe.
We do not collect: your contacts, your location beyond what an IP address implies, or anything from other sites. There are no advertising trackers on Aderra.
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Email, password, Google profile | To create and secure your account, and to send you password resets and service notices |
| Prompts, replies, conversations | To generate the answer, to show you your history, and to make edits to your own images work |
| Token counts, credit ledger | To meter usage and bill correctly, and to keep the money records the law requires |
| IP address, logs, Turnstile signals | To stop bots, abuse and fraud, and to debug failures |
| Stripe identifiers and invoices | To take payment, handle refunds and disputes, and meet accounting duties |
| Reports of prohibited content | To investigate, to enforce the Terms, and to meet reporting duties for child sexual abuse material |
Aderra is a small service built on other people's infrastructure. These are all of them:
| Processor | What they receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| AI model providers (currently Nano-GPT and DeepInfra; this list changes as we change models) | Your prompt and conversation context; nothing identifying you beyond an opaque account id | To run the model that answers you |
| Stripe | Your email, payment details you enter on their page, billing history | To take payment |
| Resend | Your email address and the message we send | To deliver password resets and service email |
| Cloudflare | Your IP address and browser signals, at registration | Bot protection (Turnstile) |
| Our hosting provider | Everything, as the servers the service runs on | To run Aderra |
Model providers are contractually barred from training on your prompts or retaining them beyond what is needed to return the answer. We change providers when a better or cheaper one appears; this table is updated when we do, and the protection above is a condition of using any of them.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We will disclose data if a valid legal order compels us, and we will tell you when we are permitted to.
Some processors may handle data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on contractual safeguards with each processor to protect it.
You can ask us to see what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete your account and its contents, and export your conversations. Write to support@aderra.ai — we answer within 30 days.
Passwords are stored hashed and salted. Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. API keys are stored hashed — we cannot show you a key again after you generate it, only replace it. Access to production systems is limited to the operator.
No service is perfectly secure. If we discover a breach affecting your data we will tell you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
Aderra is for adults only and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor we close it and delete its data.
We will update this policy as the service changes. Material changes are announced by email or in the app before they take effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
