Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and the operator of Aderra. If you do not agree with them, do not use Aderra.

Who we are. Aderra is operated by Aderra LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Wyoming ID 2026-002089370), 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, referred to below as "we", "us" and "Aderra". These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the state and federal courts in Wyoming have jurisdiction.

1. You must be 18 or older

Aderra is for adults. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor we will close it and delete its data.

2. What Aderra is

Aderra is a general-purpose AI assistant. It answers questions, writes and reviews code, and generates images, video and speech. It is deliberately uncensored: it will engage with adult, violent, controversial and otherwise difficult subject matter that other assistants refuse, and it will not lecture you about your requests.

Uncensored does not mean unlimited. Section 4 sets out the things Aderra will not do and you may not ask it to do.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your password and your API keys, and for everything done through them. Keep your API key secret — anyone holding it can spend your credits.

One person, one account. Do not share an account, resell access, or create accounts to evade a suspension or to claim allowances more than once.

4. What you may not do

The one absolute limit: no sexual content involving minors. This covers any depiction, description, roleplay or image of a person under 18 in a sexual context, including fictional characters, "aged-up" characters, and real people depicted as children. There is no artistic, fictional or research exception. We report what the law requires us to report, we close the account permanently, and we cooperate with law enforcement.

You also may not use Aderra to:

• do anything illegal where you are or where we operate;
• create sexual or intimate images of a real, identifiable person without their consent, including "deepfake" or "nudify" material;
• harass, stalk, threaten, defame or impersonate anyone;
• plan or carry out violence, terrorism, or the making of weapons intended to cause mass harm;
• commit fraud, build malware or ransomware, or attack systems you do not own or have permission to test;
• generate spam, disinformation campaigns, or content passed off as human-written where that deceives someone to their detriment;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute Aderra's output as a competing AI service, or use it to train a competing model;
• attempt to bypass our rate limits, credit system, or the limit in the first paragraph of this section.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without refund of unused subscription allowance where the breach is serious.

5. Your content

You own what you put in and what comes out. You keep any rights you have in the prompts, files and images you send ("your input") and, to the extent the law recognises rights in AI output, we assign to you whatever rights we have in what Aderra generates for you ("your output"). We claim no ownership over either.

You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: to store, process and transmit your input and output so that we can answer you, bill you correctly, keep the service secure and comply with the law.

We do not use your conversations to train models. We do not sell them. Who we do share them with, and why, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Other people may prompt Aderra with the same words and receive similar output. Your output is not exclusive to you.

6. Plans, credits and payment

Aderra is sold as plans, billed monthly or yearly, and as one-time credit top-ups. What each plan includes is published on the Plan page in the app.

Credits are a service entitlement, not money and not stored value. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Credits bought as a one-time top-up do not expire while your account is open.

Paying by card. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. A plan paid by card is a subscription: it renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. We tell you in advance if a price is going to change.

Paying with cryptocurrency. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. A plan paid in crypto is prepaid for one or twelve months and does not renew automatically. When the term ends you can renew it yourself.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply where you live.

Cancelling. You can cancel a card subscription at any time from the Plan page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Monthly plans. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund a month that has already started.

Yearly plans. If you cancel a yearly plan before the year is over, we refund 50% of the value of the whole months remaining, in both card and crypto. Write to support@aderra.ai from the email on your account; your plan ends when the refund is issued.

Credit top-ups. Top-ups are not refundable. Credits you have not spent stay in your account and do not expire while it is open.

If something did not work. A failed generation is never charged: if an image or video fails, or a model returns an empty or blank result, the credits are released automatically. If something else we charged you for did not work, tell us at support@aderra.ai and we will put it right, including by refunding it.

How refunds are paid. Card payments are refunded to the card you paid with. Crypto payments are refunded in the same currency to an address you give us, for the US dollar amount due, less the network fee.

8. The service will change, and sometimes break

Aderra is under active development and in beta. Features will change, models will be swapped for better ones, and prices and allowances may change with notice. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before increasing the price of a plan you are on, or materially reducing what it includes; you can cancel before it takes effect.

We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. AI output: no warranty, and your responsibility

Aderra's output can be wrong. It can state falsehoods confidently, invent citations, produce insecure code, and give advice that is bad or dangerous. It is not professional advice. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. You are responsible for what you do with the output, and for complying with the law where you are.

Because Aderra is uncensored, it will produce material many people find offensive, including explicit sexual content and graphic violence, when you ask for it. That is the product working as intended.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service and its output are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption;
• our total liability to you for any claim relating to Aderra is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) 100 US dollars.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Ending it

You can delete your account at any time. When you do, we delete your account and conversations as described in the Privacy Policy. Unused credits and allowance are lost and are not refunded, except as section 7 requires.

We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the service. If we close your account because we are discontinuing the service, we will refund the unused part of your current subscription period.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use Aderra after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
