Feedback and bug reports

Aderra is in beta, and your reports decide what we fix next. Every report we act on earns you 100 credits.

Where to send it

• In the app: open your account menu (or the menu on a phone) and choose Feedback · earn credits.
• On the phone home screen: tap the Beta tag under the Aderra mark.
• On a computer: click the line under the welcome message on the home screen.
• On the Plan page: use the link under the heading.
• From the website: use Feedback · earn credits in the footer.

Choose what it’s about (something’s broken, an idea or a request, or something else) and describe it. The more detail, the better: what you did, what happened, and what you expected. If you’re in a conversation, we see which one, so there’s no need to paste it.

What earns credits

• We read every report. When we act on one, by fixing the bug or building the idea, 100 credits are added to your balance. Nothing to claim.
• Thumbs up or down under a reply helps us too, but doesn’t earn credits.
• You can send up to 10 reports a day.
• Credits from feedback are like your plan’s credits: they pay for chat and images. On the Free plan they don’t lift the 10-messages-a-day limit or unlock images; only a plan or a credit pack does.
