FAQ

The Unfiltered model answers adult, dark and controversial questions without refusing or lecturing. The one absolute limit on every model is nothing sexual involving minors, and the Terms list other things you may not use Aderra for.

The unfiltered model isn’t answering. Is it broken?

Section titled “The unfiltered model isn’t answering. Is it broken?”

Probably not. It can take noticeably longer to start, sometimes around half a minute. Wait rather than sending again: each resend is a new request, and sending while a reply is still coming can hit the limit on messages at a time. Hitting that limit over and over can lock your account for a while.

Start with the standard GLM-5.3 Flash, which is faster. Switch to Unfiltered when the standard model hedges or refuses, or click Retry unfiltered under that reply. For hard problems, change the menu next to the switch from Fast to Medium or Thinking. See Chat basics.

You get 10 free messages a day, back at 00:00 UTC. The Plan page shows how many are left today. After that, choose a plan or buy a credit pack. Buying credits also lifts the limit.

Images, video, apps and pages, connectors and the terminal need a paid plan. API keys work on every plan, paid from a separate API wallet. See Plans and credits.

Yes, in your phone’s browser.

Ask for it in the chat. There’s no separate mode. The Image, Video and Voice pages in the menu are marked Coming soon, and you don’t need them.

Choose Free or Best quality in the Image model menu at the top of the chat. See Images and video.

Which plan includes explicit images and video?

Section titled “Which plan includes explicit images and video?”

Pro and Max. On Plus you can make any other image, including with the best image model. See Images and video.

If the standard image model’s filter blocks a prompt, the image request fails and you aren’t charged. Rephrase it. See what Aderra will and won’t do.

Can Aderra build a website, an app or a slide deck?

Section titled “Can Aderra build a website, an app or a slide deck?”

Yes, on any paid plan. Ask for it and it opens in a panel next to the chat, where you can use it, change it and download it. See Build apps and pages. On Free, the assistant tells you it needs a paid plan.

Why does Aderra say “This can take a few minutes”?

Section titled “Why does Aderra say “This can take a few minutes”?”

Big jobs, such as a full app, a slide deck or a video, take a few minutes. You can switch tabs. Click Notify me when it’s done to get a browser notification.

Yes. Aderra reads PDF, Word, Excel, OpenDocument and HTML files, and it can see images. See Files.

Does Aderra remember things between chats?

Section titled “Does Aderra remember things between chats?”

No. Each conversation starts fresh. To carry context over, paste a summary into the new chat. Agents and saved prompts let you reuse instructions without retyping them.

Yes. Turn on Temporary Chat before you start. The chat stays out of your history and is deleted automatically after 7 days. See Conversations.

Not in the app. Claude Code, run through the terminal, can search the web.

Can I share a conversation or an app I built?

Section titled “Can I share a conversation or an app I built?”

Not by link. Copy the text out, or download what you built from its panel. See Build apps and pages.

Connectors link Aderra to your other apps through remote servers that you add yourself. The assistant can then use their tools in your chats. Connectors are included on every paid plan. Aderra asks you before any tool from a server you added runs. See Connectors.

Why does Aderra ask me before running a tool?

Section titled “Why does Aderra ask me before running a tool?”

Anything a connected tool is given can reach that server, so you decide each time.

Aderra also asks before every video, because video costs credits for every second. See Tools.

Yes. Open Agent Builder in the menu to save instructions and tools as your own agent. Agents and prompts are private to you and can’t be shared. See Agents.

Everything in the app: chat, images, video and the terminal all use the same credit balance. The pay-as-you-go API is the one exception, because API keys use a separate prepaid API wallet. See Plans and credits.

Open the Plan page in the app, choose a plan or a credit pack, and pay with crypto. Card payments are marked Coming soon. See Paying for a plan.

No. Plans paid with crypto are prepaid for a month or a year. A plan ends by itself when the term is over. To keep it, extend it before the end date.

Yes, from Plus. Open Connect in the menu. It gives you the commands for Aderra Agent, Claude Code and Codex, all drawing on your plan’s credits. See the terminal.

Can I use it with Cursor, Cline or another tool?

Section titled “Can I use it with Cursor, Cline or another tool?”

Usually yes. Anything that lets you set an OpenAI- or Anthropic-compatible base URL and key will work. See the API.

No. We don’t use your conversations to train AI models, and we don’t sell them. See Privacy and the Privacy policy.

See Your account. Deleting your account also revokes your API keys.

Yes. Open Affiliates in the menu to get your share link. See Affiliates.
